A global lifestyle retailer who have undergone an integrated Transformation and Cost Reduction Program across Indirect Categories with an addressable spend of £115m excluding rents and rates. The result was a successful change transformation programme focusing on behaviours, process, staff development, policy and strategy. The Cost Reduction Program delivered a total benefit of £7m (6.25%) across Marketing Services, Logistics / Supply Chain, HR Services, Professional Services, IT Services and Property Services. The assignment was a success due to a mandated approach from the board and by working effectively and collaboratively with internal stakeholders to realise maximum financial benefits. In addition to indirect expenditure, PTC undertook other strategic revenue growth projects from the Commercial team which delivered substantial margin growth to the bottom line.
